Dear Pocatello Idaho Highland Stake Members,
We love you all and hope you know how grateful we are for each of you and all you do to bless others. As a presidency we are so excited to be able to gather together again for our upcoming stake conference being held January 21st – 23rd, 2022. We anticipate the Lord pouring out many blessings upon us as we unite in faith and prayerful worship.
We invite all stake members to prepare to receive sustaining, even life-changing personal revelation toward our questions and trials. Your preparation will ensure a meaningful experience. Therefore, we invite all to do the following in preparation for our conference:
- Attend the temple and serve your family members on the other side of the veil.
- Invite friends and neighbors to attend with you.
- Prayerfully identify things you would like to receive in the conference. Please pray for protection from sickness, and a curtailing of the surge of sickness plaguing our area, nation and world – preventing us from using the Lord’s temple at full capacity.
- Consider your personal relationship with the Lord, your family, and others. What would He invite you to strengthen and improve?
Our Pocatello Idaho Highland Stake Conference schedule is listed below. All four sessions of stake conference will be held at the stake center and Saturday and Sunday sessions will be broadcast to our three other meetinghouses. We will continue to practice safe gathering practices through social distance seating and encouraging masks. For those who are unable to gather due to health issues, a link to the broadcast will be provided prior to the conference.
- Friday, January 21st at 6am: High School-Aged Youth Testimony Meeting
- All high school-aged youth are invited to please come. This is consistently one of the highlights of the year for our youth.
- Parents are encouraged not to attend.
- Saturday, January 22nd, 7pm: Adult Session
- Anyone 18 years and older is invited to attend with their friends and neighbors.

- Sunday, January 23 at 7am: Expanded Leadership Session

- Stake Officers and Counselors & Secretaries
- Stake Temple & Family History Consultant
- Bishops and Counselors

- Ward Young Women Presidencies & Secretaries

- Please prepare by carefully studying Elder David A. Bednar’s training to new mission presidents in 2013 – “Missionary, Family History, and Temple Work“
