Dear Highland Stake Members,
In an effort to allow for the needed reverence during ordinances performed in our meetinghouses, we are making the following changes to our building availability and use during scheduled baptismal
services for both stake services for children of record as well as separately-scheduled services for children of record and convert baptisms.
On our Stake Baptismal Service Saturdays, usually held on the first Saturday monthly, the stake center will no longer be available for any other purpose from 6am – 4pm. Gym use is likewise not authorized
during a separately-scheduled (child or convert) baptism, whenever these are scheduled. For this to work well, all events or planned activities for His, or for our own personal, purposes need to
be placed on the stake calendar.
