Camp Cumorah Service Project (Rescheduled)

Brothers & Sisters,

Let’s try this again. Due to the very rainy weather over Memorial Day weekend we had to cancel the service project. We are rescheduling this project for Saturday June 11th. This is our annual stake assignment for a service project at Camp Cumorah. Thank you, again, for those that volunteered last time. This stake is awesome! We’re planning on being there by 9:00am.

We need about 12 volunteers to make it 15 (which is the maximum needed for this assignment). Our assignment this year is to replace some of the tent pad borders with 4×6 pressure treated lumber. The camp will provide the lumbar. We are instructed to bring shovels, hoes, mattocks, rakes, 2 circular saws, & a few wheel barrows will be helpful. Bring good work gloves & water to drink.

I do have a wheelbarrow & a mattock from a wonderful neighbor of mine.

Please let me know if you’d be willing to fulfill our stake assignment & what, from the above list, you can bring. Contact me by email or phone. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Bill Fullmer, High Councilor

We need at least 12 volunteers to make it 15 (which is the maximum needed for this assignment). We’ll take the first 12 volunteers and we appreciate your service.
