Use this form to transfer a mobile pass credential from one member to another. This is done when a person is released and a new member is called.


Use this form to have a new mobile pass sent to a member. This is done when a member gets a new phone or the current credential does not activate. Insure that the member only attempts to add a mobile pass once per email sent.


Use this form to request debugging when a pass is already created but the key is not working. Insure that the member is using the pass in the allotted time, dates and door. Occasionally passes become disconnected with users and must be re-attached. This form is only for when passes were successfully created but are not unlocking the door.


Use this form to request a list of all members assigned a key and their current status. A notification will be sent to all wards of an updated snapshot.


Use this form to request a pass be deactivated. This is done when a member is released and the calling is no longer filled. This may also be requested when a Bishop has decided to remove a member's access for whatever reason.


Use this form to request a new mobile pass be created. This is done when a member is given a calling requiring access that is not currently filled.
